How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders above a certain threshold, otherwise a flat rate is applied at checkout.
Can I change the strap on my watch?
Yes, many of our collections feature interchangeable straps. You can easily refresh the look of your watch by using the strap-changing tool included in your watch box to swap between leather, mesh, and NATO options.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all protective films and tags intact.
Are Daniel Wellington watches waterproof?
Most of our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM, meaning they are resistant to splashes and rain but should not be worn while showering, swimming, or diving.
Does my watch come with a warranty?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches come with a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself, including the movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
