Register Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original Daniel Wellington packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your return.
